Azteck Innovation Prize

In 2006 Azteck strengthen its links with the University of Gloucestershire by inaugurating 'The Azteck Prize for Innovation and Design'. This is bestowed on the graduating student from either the Graphic Design degree or Foundation Studies in Art and Design courses who has been most innovative in their practical work.

The drivers behind our specification of the prize are:

'most innovative'

We believe very strongly that UK industry and commerce can only prosper on a foundation of innovation. The incubator of such innovation is a world-class tertiary education delivered through top class universities and the more 'vocational' institutions.

'practical work'

Universities and innovation must be rooted in the practical application of their work.
