Values
History

After a highly successful and unusually widely based industrial career, Azteck was founded in 1993 by Nic Williamson.  This was the culmination of his industrial expertise, and consulting experience gained since he founded Williamson Interface Ltd. in 1977.

Azteck’s business model is to advise, facilitate and deliver benefit to clients through Nic and through associates.  Associates are selected for their expertise and professionalism.  It normally takes over 2 years to get to know a potential associate before they work with Azteck.

Azteck is a partnership and delivers through consultancy, interim management and management development.

Originally based in Upton St. Leonards, near Gloucester, Azteck moved to a historic Cotswold stone barn in the village of Elkstone, near Cheltenham in 1996.  The two-storey barn, and accompanying workshops and laboratories comprise Azteck today.

Early successes include leading the manufacturing development of rechargeable lithium cells and batteries; now in practically every high quality rechargeable electronic device in the world ( case study ).

Awards included a national design award for the rapid impact that Azteck’s work had in turning around a company, ( details ).

Some figures are astonishing; a charity has saved 1/3 of their turnover as a result of implementing Azteck’s simplified and automated business processes, ( case study ).

We look forward to, in 2033, reflecting on 40 years of mutual success with our clients; helping them to excel and profit.
