‘Craig Kirk, 2006 winner of the Azteck Prize for Innovation & Design’

Craig impressed Azteck and the judges with his fabulously innovative 3 dimensional work in graphic and product design.  Craig’s talents are not just limited to practical work, he was also awarded a First Class Honours Degree in Graphics (Professional Media).

It is always so rewarding for us when we are able to watch the students’ development as they progress through their studies, and to inspire them on the way… so it is especially refreshing when the tables are turned by that unique and inspirational student that comes along, and through their work and their view on the world, inspires us all.

Craig never failed to surprise by his highly inventive and creative solutions within the field of graphic design.

Craig’s winning design “My worlds within matchboxes”

He successfully gained recognition in the International D&AD Student awards scheme for promotional material for the D&AD themselves, and also in the New Designers Awards was Graphic Design Student of the Year 2006 in the category of environmental graphics with his dazzling creative work  “My worlds within matchboxes”.

All at Azteck wish Craig well in his career and we look forward to staying in touch.
