Support facilitated through Business Coaching and Action Learning can be astonishing.

 

Coaching, Azteck style, provides confidential support and knowledgeable council for senior staff who may be feeling that they have no-one to turn to. Executive positions can be very lonely and organised learning often stops on appointment.

 

Whether a day a month, or an hour on the phone the results are based on experience and the vital ability to see the wood for the trees. This in turn builds confidence while developing skills.

 

Coaching and instruction may be 'one to one' or, as Azteck have the resources, may be organisational coaching where we provide multiple mentoring. We are also equipped to provide instruction on 'peer to peer' mentoring.

 

Action Learning may be an extension where debriefing provides poignant learning experiences; or may be a facilitated programme, again confidential, where Azteck facilitates Action Learning Groups of non-competing like-minded organisations.
