Nic Williamson of Azteck started advising Environmental Business Products Ltd. in early 2003 and soon joined the Executive Management team. Over several years our work concentrated on 2 aspects:

increasing manufacturing efficiency, yield (& reducing costs)

improving and simplifying the business processes to enable, drive and support the growth.

During this period the yield on some products was increased from 45% (already an industry high) to over 85%. The inspirational efforts of the Sales team supported by the best product in the market drove a period of incredible achievement: export growth of 75%, 93%, 94%, year on year.

 

Our client's achievements were recognised when they won The Queen's Awards for Enterprise - International Trade, for Outstanding Achievement.

In passing, they were listed:

Number 78 in 2004 Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Tech Track 100, fastest growing technological businesses with 67.75% growth.

Number 86 in 2004 Sunday Times Microsoft Fast Track 100, fastest growing businesses with 69.04% growth.

Won the 2004 Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 Innovation Award
